The ogee is one of the basic shapes used in moldings and decorative profiles. An S-shaped curve, it is convex at the top fairing down to a concave. The ogee bit is characterized by the concave shaping coming off the pilot bearing. Using the optional 3/8" bearing produces a profile with a fillet at the convex end of the curve. Use in a handheld or table-mounted router.
A Standard 1/2" bearing #47706 (included)
