Use these Whiteside Machine Solid Carbide Screw Slot Bits with a plunge router to cut slots for #8 screws. Screw slots allow for the seasonal movement of larger wooden parts such as table tops. These bits will also cut up to a 7/16″ deep recess for the screw head.
